The fashion industry is about the human body, and as a resullt, some forms of nudity are common in the business. However, there are some restrictions on nudity in photos uploaded to ModelLaunch. To maintain a professional atmosphere, we ask that you please respect the decisions made by ModelLaunch Admin or Staff if they determined your photos are "Adult Only" or inappropriate for ModelLaunch.

Nudity that is NOT OKAY in Portfolio photos:

• NO full-frontal nudity where genitalia is completely or partially visible.
  
  
• NO sheer, see-through or wet clothing that reveals genitalia.
  
  
• NO depictions of sexual acts or overly suggestive images, this includes images that contain any object or device that is primarily used in facilitating human sexual pleasure or arousal.
  

Posting the above content will most often result in your account being suspended indefinitely from ModelLaunch.

Nudity that is OKAY in Portfolios but must be noted as "Adult Only":

• Bare women's breast if not pornographic.
  
  
• Bare buttocks if not pornographic. In other words if the model's lower torso is not covered, the image must be noted as "Adult Only",
  
  
• Models in photos with nudity must be at least 18 in reality AND perception (if the model is 18 but looks 16, then it won't be allowed).
  

Nudity is not allowed in Profile Pictures and Album Covers

• Profile Pictures must be "family friendly" because they are seen by ALL members, including minors, and therefore must not contain any nudity.
  
  
• If the photo chosen as your album cover is Adult-Only, the entire album will automatically be hidden from minors and non-members.

Again, posting of any restricted content will most often result in your account being suspended indefinietly from ModelLaunch.

Any member who is currently in violation of these rules will be notified by the ModelLaunch Team or Site Admin and asked to make the appropriate changes.

We will be putting in a new system that allows you to mark your photos as "Adult Only" and have the site automatically recognize them as "Adult Only", allowing only the appropriate individuals access. In the meantime, please mark Adult Only albums as "Adult Only" in the album description and Adult Only photos as "Adult Only" in the photo description.
